One more: You're not stupid enough to suggest to a person whose gold you just won to play another round - you've learned to make them do it for you. A person that has lost with you for the first time will surely suggest a next game, and gambling addicts will be unable to stop playing with you.

Feel free to cheat on the toss, but if anyone at the table catches you, it's an automatic fumble.
