Playthings of Mad Gods

GLOG Class: Giant Pretender

Once, there were giants - they are no more. They were all killed by humans as they took this land. Some however, before they died out, have managed to interbreed with humans - each of us has a drop of giant's blood. It is still foolish to try to become one, but this single drop means, that it is not impossible.

Giant Pretender:

For each template in this class you grow 25% taller and gain +2 to strength.

Foolish Quest: You have somehow gotten your hands on a suit of giant's armour and decided to become one, or die trying. It is covered in hundreds of dents and scratches, but even now it provides protection like a +3 plate armour. The issue being, it was made for a giant. You take a penalty to all your physical actions that equals -(4-[templates in this class]), and the armour takes up 8 slots in your inventory. You fall to the ground on a fumble, and getting up takes up a whole turn. You get rid of only one point of exhaustion for each night of rest, as you will not willingly take off your armour - if you are forced to do so, you lose access to all your templates until you can wear it again for 7 days.

Giant's blood: Your blood thickens and strengthens, in order to be able to carry what is needed to all parts of your body. You gain a bonus equal to [templates]*2 to all poison and disease saves. If your exhaustion filling your equipment slots would make you unable to move, you must immediately drop all the items you hold - if it still makes you unable to move, you die due to your blood coagulating inside your veins.

Fighting for your life: You can choose to ignore the restraints of your own body and move it far beyond what it should be able to do - you can take a point of exhaustion to get a bonus to any physical roll (or defence) that equals your current exhaustion (max [templates]*2)

Creative Strength: The strength of giant's was not used only to destroy - it can also create, and now that you can almost fit into the armour, you can finally use it with finesse. You can gain three points of exhaustion while crafting items, in order to create masterworks (treat them like +1 items, but non-magical).

Destructive Strength: When you're enraged, however, no one will want to stand in your way. You can gain any amount of points if exhaustion in order to add [points added]*3 to dealt damage.

Larger than life: You can finally fill the armour (removing the penalty from the oversized armour) - now, you are like the giants of old, and if you find another person like you, your children will be giant's. Your hands are both big and strong enough to use heavy weapons one-handed - if you use both hands, you can use a gargantuan weapon (takes up 4 slots, deals 3d6 damage)
